We offer a 30-day return period for any unused and unopened canvas art from the date of purchase. In order to qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, including all packaging, and free from any damage or signs of use.

  • Condition: The item should be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow the steps outlined below:

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Prepare the Item: Ensure that the item is packed securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.


3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. In such cases, CanvasVetaGuard will cover the return shipping expenses.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the return is safely delivered to us. CanvasVetaGuard is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns that are not shipped with tracking or proper insurance.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return policy conditions, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a canvas art piece for a different design, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired artwork. The new order will be treated as a separate transaction, and shipping charges will apply.

Exchanges are subject to availability, and you will be responsible for any price difference between the returned item and the new one.
